I actually used to think like you–that is, that people who want nothing more than to worship The One might find their comments better received at nearly any other site dedicated to discussion of His Majesty. Have some faith. I've said it before and I'll say it again…..this jack-ass is a "one hit wonder", even if he manages to hold the Off White House in 2012, he will have a Republican congress to beat back his agenda beginning in 2010. That doesn't even take into account the States that will be putting Republicans into their Governor's mansions. There is much more to this than just obammy. There is a huge political shift in this country and left is being shown the door.
My advice: start looking at the bigger picture. The current resident is only one man, that's all.

Precisely. Racist voting presumably trumped sexist voting because the first was abundant and the second barely a blip on the radar. This was probably because many people who happen to be female vote for the democrat regardless, and the vast majority of people who happen to be black vote democrat regardless.
Since The One happens to have a particular skin tone, people with a similar skin tone voted for him overwhelmingly(based on voter registration records and voter polls).

When you don't have to pay for doctor's visits you are a lot less hesitant to go. The waiting lists are actually very common in countries with universal health care (The U.K., France, etc.)

Look it up) statements, all meaning next to nothing other than "I'm an unabashed idealist who doesn't know what the fuck he's doing."

You make some well-founded points: GWB did indeed have areas in which he could have performed better. However, how easy is it to plan for immediate economic tranquility after one's country has been unexpectedly attacked by a terrorist organization of unknown potential? I'd say
George W. Bush's actions, based upon available data, were appropriately bold, correct and necessary, putting his presidency several notches, at least, above "mediocre."
You make a fair assessment of The One's incompetence and sophistry. However, I would suggest that his seeming lack of aforethought indicates a keen understanding of his own actions.
Also, your reasoning seems to dictate a higher level of discourse than to use such terms as in your exit line.

Uh, and one of his campaign promises was to get us out of those wars that Bush "got us into" think about the job of the president whoever he or she is…LEADERSHIP!!!!!! This guy has none,rather than find solutions it's the same old game Bush did this and Bush did that…..Get a clue you blind sheep, do your homework, go back and listen and look for yourself all the promises the anointed one made…..We still have a bad economy, were still in both wars, unemployment is worse than with Bush, his govenment owns car companies and banks, how do you see this as good for AMERICA.
