He makes a good point regarding The One in that many Republicans don't have a clue how to attack The One…because he is mulatto, 'our' inherent 'guilt' over the 'black' thing makes it well-nigh impossible (for many). As well, the gist of his argument seems to follow the line that The One's motives are well- hidden; that his true agenda does not follow his "hope" and "change" talking points, but that The One is in the pocket of the bankers who pulled Carter's strings. His description reminds me of The Godfather; never out in front, leading the action, but behind the scenes, manipulating puppets from backstage to the detriment of everyone who is not part of "The Family."

The term "boong" is inappropriate…it just gives supporters of The One more fuel for their fire. Personally, I feel that reasoned debate and well-articulated stands are the way to go.

Could the bandit have been one of the natterers that contribute to this site? You might be able to catch him still, because
1. They can't seem to be able to shift gears
2. They put on the brakes when people around them move too fast for them.
3. They ride on antiquated frames.
4. They seem to choose certain colors over others, making them easy to spot.
5. Kool-aid instead of water in their water bottles
6. They assert that they need a head start, then complain when they can't keep up.
7. Their tires are overinflated with hot air.

The One is hoping to make us an offer we can't refuse with his "universal," "free" health care. Sounds like Big Brother putting his arm around us in a seemingly friendly way. That is, before squeezing hard enough so that we fall into an oxygen-deprived coma that no medical procedure–and certainly not one Dr. Fed would approve–could ever cure.

Yesterday's elections are just the beginning of a groundswell of opposition to obama and his radical marxist agenda. It was most certainly a referendum on his election, after a merely a year. The voters, in traditional blue states mind you, have spoken loud and clear….."We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore!"
This is only an indication of the trouncing that liberal politicians are in for in 2010.

The majority of Americans of voting age have been educated in public schools. While a student at a public school can achieve great success and learn to think for himself, many students at these institutions lack the maturity and /or firm guidance from people outside the school to help them learn to distinguish the good from the bad.
The ones who are able to learn to think for themselves may still vote for a socialist candidate, depending upon the varied influences upon their emerging independent thought processes. However, since conservatism tends to nurture independent decision-making as opposed to a herd mentality, there are many graduate whose minds lean rightward, wanting to inspire others to speak up against(Orwell reference again) groupthink.

Well said. As I've said before, this is not nor should it be about black vs. white or rich vs.poor. But The One and his administration have done everything in their power to convince the electorate that, indeed, we are at war with ourselves. Again, this is the pattern of tyrants–to come out of nowhere, to identify a crisis, usually imagined–and tell the people to put their faith entirely in the saviour Fed.
