As a PRACTICING Catholic I have no qualms of repeating: Pfleger is as big a piece of shit as Francis “Cardinal” George who will do nothing but slap Phelming Pfleger with praise for his work (if Pfleger is such a screaming success why are there still so many poor people in his parish?????? – despite the fact “Cardinal” George will not follow LAW of the church and move a non-monsignor to a different parish. No priest should be at the same parish for more than 7 years. Obama, Phelming Pleger and Cardinal George are reasons why liberals need big fat ass kicking for destroying the fabric of what is good about America, IMAO!!!

What about the ancestors of the blacks that sold them into slavery? It was the tribes of the African American people that originated slavery. So, slavery originated with the blacks themselves not the whites. Its easy to try to blame the whites for everything…that way you don’t have to take any of the blame on yourself. Its nice that you can under right all the efforts of the white Americans that worked to free slaves and give rights to blacks just because they can be lumped together. I for one am sick of being judged on the color of my skin and not on the content of my character.

I love this site and tend to agree with most of the comments here.
That clip is proof that both white and black can be equally stupid and equality is a beautiful thing. Actually my brain has gone numb since my eyes rolled into the back of my skull! Is everything connected to or associated with Obama a complete disgrace. That church is full of people who are there for all the wrong reasons. I’ve learned throughout life that there is nothing like religion to bring the worst out of human beings. Just add some politics and you can see how easily some people can be manipulated to the point of fanaticism.
I told a guy once I was an athiest. He immediately called me a cynic. I said, “If that were true it would be far wiser than being judgmental. That also makes you a hypocrite. People who truly serve God are supposed to be meek and compassionate towards others.”
Those people in that video do not serve God and that preacher has become the worst of all sinners, a false prophet. God warns of this in the bible, but it’s obvious that none of those people have bothered to read it. If I believed, I would pray for their souls and forgive them. For example, not one of those people in that video could comprehend or willingly admit that Affirmative Action is “black entitlement.” What?! So, much for splitting hairs…
From now on, when any “former acquaintance” of Obama is called out for saying something stupid, they can instinctively break out the Jesse Jackson cliche… “My statements were taken out of context.” Disturbingly, this statement shares similar rationale to the Chewbacca Defense. It is simply a way of creating enough confusion in hopes everyone will forget about it over time. I have been unable to find Jackson’s “in context” explaination of what Pfleger actually meant, although I’m pretty damn sure I understood it the first time.
So, if anyone takes this post out of context, well “it just don’t make sense!” So, forget about it!

Folks, just what has Fr. Pfleger said that is not true? Comments about white entitlement? That is the way Hillary acted. Comments about reparations? Don’t agree totally on this issue, but if you are living on the wealth created or started during the period of slavery, then perhaps you do share in the blame for accepting the proceeds made off the blood, sweat, tears, and deaths of those slaves who brought about the rise in your family’s wealth.
You call Fr. Pfleger a ‘nut cast,’ ‘a piece of sh…’, a lunitic, but you never say exatly what it is he said that is not true, so exacly what is it Fr. Pfleger said that is not true?

also, shaggy… what are you talking about dude?? i don’t know what part of the country you’re from, but as for here in memphis… you almost cant get a decent job unless you’re a single black mother. just about everyone of our city officials, school board members, police officers, teachers etc. are black. the ONLY exceptions are when you get into the suburbs. even the mayor of shelby county is black. and you know what’s really fucked up, is the fact that I DON’T CARE IF THEY ARE BLACK OR WHITE. so long as they can get the job done. i make $10.00 an hour doing construction work, but the FORD family is still in office!?!? so where the hell is my “white entitlement”? because down here, i sure as hell ain’t getting any breaks! i don’t have health insurance because i can’t afford it. HOWEVER, shaniqua and her litter of thugs will be fully covered by tenncare (which is going bust because taxpayers can’t afford for these people to drain the system). not to mention being supplied housing, and in alot of cases welfare and disablity checks.

My family acquired it’s wealth through hard work. They came here from Germany right before the Civil War. I have the musket that has been passed down through generations. We had only one family member who fought for the Confederacy. During that time, states were considered countries and many fought just to resist the “foreign/gov’t” invaders. No one in my family ever owned slaves and I’ll be damned if I owe blacks anything! Some of you people need to get over yourselves and move on! I know quite a few very successful blacks who came from poor backgrounds! The only thing holding anyone back is their attitude and ability to make reponsibile decisions! The Voting Rights Acts was signed under President Johnson. If slavery was all the Blacks had to contend with you might have had a point. Blacks also fought in the Civil War as well as the Revolutionary War, FYI.
